In diesem Semester findet die Aftershowparty nicht im RheinEnergie Stadion statt, die Location wird noch bekanntgegeben.

Euer Examensfeier-Team
Wann der Vorverkauf für die Feier am 28.06.2025 beginnt wird noch bekanntgegeben. Die Anmeldefrist für Absolvent:innen wird ebenfalls noch bekanntgegeben. Diese hängt an der Fristvorgabe des Prüfungsamts, welches die Zeugnisse koordiniert und dafür einen entsprechenden Vorlauf benötigt. Die Aula hat mit ihren Sitzmöglichkeiten eine begrenzte Kapazität, daher kann es sein, dass zum Ende des Verkaufs der Verleihungstickets keine Tickets für die Verleihung mehr verfügbar sind. Wenn die Absolvent:innen sich bis zur Anmeldefrist noch bei uns melden können wir hier noch garantieren, dass diese Ihr Zeugnis feierlich überreicht bekommen. Begleitpersonen können wir dann allerdings nicht mehr zulassen, da wir sonst sicherheitsrelevante Probleme bekommen könnten, was den Brandschutz oder freie Fluchtwege angeht. Dies können wir nicht riskieren. Die Aftershowparty wird so lange verkauft bis es keine Karten mehr gibt. Falls nur noch wenige verfügbar sind werden wir euch über Social-Media darüber informieren.
Falls ihr eine Frist verpasst habt, kontaktiert uns per Mail (fswiso-examensfeier-karten@uni-koeln.de). Die Übergabe des Zeugnisses auf der Bühne ist nach Ablauf der Frist jedoch in keinem Fall mehr möglich. Solltet ihr oder eure Begleitpersonen im Rollstuhl sitzen, kontaktiert bitte vor der Kartenbestellung das Examensfeierteam per E-Mail.

Tickets for the graduation ceremony
Announcement regarding the Aftershowparty :
This semester the after show party will not take place at the RheinEnergie Stadion. The location will be announced soon.

Your exam party team
When the pre-sale for the ceremony on 28.06.2025 starts will be announced soon.. The registration period for graduates will also be announced soon. This is due to the deadline of the examination office, which coordinates the certificates and requires a corresponding lead time. The auditorium has a limited seating capacity, so it is possible that there will be no more tickets available for the award ceremony at the end of the sale of award tickets. If the graduates contact us by the end of pre-sale, we can still guarantee that they will receive their certificate in a ceremony. However, we will then no longer be able to admit accompanying persons, as we could otherwise encounter safety-related problems with regard to fire protection or clear escape routes. We cannot risk this. The after-show party will be sold until there are no more tickets available. If there are only a few tickets left, we will inform you via social media.
If you have missed a deadline, contact us by mail (fswiso-examensfeier-karten@uni-koeln.de). However, the handover of the certificate on stage is not possible in any case after the deadline. If you or your companions are in a wheelchair, please contact the exam celebration team by e-mail before ordering tickets.
