English VersionWichtiger Hinweis zur Aftershowparty :
Zur Zeit Arbeiten wir mit Hochdruck daran für Euch eine grandiose Aftershowparty auf die Beine zu stellen. In diesem Semester gab es leider ein paar terminliche Kollisionen von unserer bisherigen Location dem RheinEnergieSTADION und der Belegung der Aula. Daher sind wir für diese Semester auf der Suche nach einer anderen Location.
Garantieren können wir noch nicht, dass eine Aftershowparty stattfinden wird. Sobald wir etwas genaueres wissen, werden wir es auf Instagram verkünden und dann auch zeitnah mit dem Ticketverkauf hier über unseren Ticketshop starten.

Euer Examensfeier-Team
Der Vorverkauf für die Feier am 29.06.2024 beginnt am 01.05.2024 um 9:00 Uhr. Die Anmeldefrist für Absolvent:innen endet am 15.06. um 23:59. Dies hängt an der Fristvorgabe des Prüfungsamts, welches die Zeugnisse koordiniert und dafür einen entsprechenden Vorlauf benötigt.
Falls ihr eine Frist verpasst habt, kontaktiert uns per Mail (fswiso-examensfeier-karten@uni-koeln.de). Die Übergabe des Zeugnisses auf der Bühne ist nach Ablauf der Frist jedoch in keinem Fall mehr möglich. Solltet ihr oder eure Begleitpersonen im Rollstuhl sitzen, kontaktiert bitte vor der Kartenbestellung das Examensfeierteam per E-Mail.

Tickets for the graduation ceremony
Important announcement regarding the Aftershowparty :
We are currently working hard to organize a great aftershow party for you. Unfortunately, this semester there were a few scheduling conflicts between our previous location, the RheinEnergieSTADION, and the occupancy of the Aula. We are therefore looking for another location for this semester.
We cannot yet guarantee that an aftershow party will take place. As soon as we know something more precise, we will announce it on Instagram and as well as start selling tickets here via our ticket store as soon as possible.

Your exam party team
The pre-sale for the ceremony on 29.06.2024 starts on 01.05.2024 at 9:00 am. The registration period for graduates ends on 15.06. at 11:59 p.m. This is due to the deadline of the examination office, which coordinates the certificates and requires a corresponding lead time.
If you have missed a deadline, contact us by mail (fswiso-examensfeier-karten@uni-koeln.de). However, the handover of the certificate on stage is not possible in any case after the deadline. If you or your companions are in a wheelchair, please contact the exam celebration team by e-mail before ordering tickets.
