Tickets für die Examensfeier
English VersionHinweis zur Aftershowparty :
In diesem Semester findet die Aftershowparty im großen Saal der Sartory Säle Köln statt. Wir freuen uns auf Euch! Der Vorverkauf geht bis zum 01.07.2026, hier könnt Ihr Eure Karten für die Aftershowparty zum Early Bird Preis je 15€ (bis 01.04.2026) kaufen, anschließend zum regulären Preis von 17€.

Der Vorverkauf für die Feier am 04.07.2026 beginnt am 01.03.2026, die Anmeldefrist für Absolvent:innen endet am 31.05.2026. Die Anmeldefrist hängt von der Fristvorgabe des Prüfungsamts ab, da dieses die Zeugnisse koordiniert und dafür einen entsprechenden Vorlauf benötigt. Da die Kapazität der Aula begrenzt ist, kann es sein, dass zum Ende des Verkaufs der Verleihungstickets keine Tickets mehr verfügbar sind. Wenn sich die Absolvent:innen bis zur Anmeldefrist bei uns melden, können wir garantieren, dass sie ihr Zeugnis feierlich überreicht bekommen. Begleitpersonen können wir dann allerdings nicht mehr zulassen, da wir sonst sicherheitsrelevante Probleme bekommen könnten, beispielsweise in Bezug auf den Brandschutz oder freie Fluchtwege. Dies können wir nicht riskieren. Die Tickets für die Aftershowparty werden so lange verkauft, bis es keine Karten mehr gibt. Falls nur noch wenige Tickets verfügbar sind, werden wir Euch über Social Media darüber informieren.
Wir erstatten keine Tickets für die Zeugnisverleihung oder die Aftershowparty, wir machen berufen uns hier auf die rechtliche Grundlage, dass Veranstaltungen nicht unter das Widerrufsrecht fallen. Danke für Euer Verständnis!
Falls Ihr eine Frist verpasst habt, kontaktiert uns per Mail (examensfeier@wiso-fachschaft.de). Die Übergabe des Zeugnisses auf der Bühne ist nach Ablauf der Frist jedoch in keinem Fall mehr möglich. Solltet Ihr oder Eure Begleitpersonen im Rollstuhl sitzen, kontaktiert uns bitte per E-Mail.

Tickets for the graduation ceremony
Announcement regarding the aftershowparty :
This semester, the aftershow party will take place in the main hall of the Sartory Säle Cologne. We look forward to seeing you there! Pre-sale tickets are available until July 1, 2026. You can purchase your tickets for the aftershow party at the early bird price of €15 each (until April 1, 2026), after which they will be available at the regular price of €17.

Pre-sale for the celebration on July 4, 2026, begins on March 1, 2026, and the registration deadline for graduates is May 31, 2026. The registration deadline depends on the deadline set by the examination office, as it coordinates the certificates and needs sufficient lead time to do so. As the capacity of the aula is limited, it is possible that tickets will no longer be available at the end of the sale period. If graduates register with us by the registration deadline, we can guarantee that they will receive their certificates at the ceremony. However, we cannot allow accompanying persons to attend, as this could lead to safety issues, for example with regard to fire safety or clear escape routes. We cannot take this risk. Tickets for the after-show party will be sold until they are sold out. If only a few tickets are still available, we will inform you via social media.
We do not refund tickets for the certificate ceremony or the after-show party, we refer to the legal basis that events are not covered by the right of withdrawal. Thank you for your understanding!
If you have missed a deadline, contact us by mail (examensfeier@wiso-fachschaft.de). However, the handover of the certificate on stage is not possible in any case after the deadline. If you or your accompanying persons are wheelchair users, please contact us by email.
